What I'm doing now
⛄ I'm in Swansea, Wales. It is winter.
💻 I am writing a blog every day, except Sundays, when I usually take a break.
🏃 I try to walk 12,500 steps at least twice a week. I try to run for 30 minutes two or three times a week.
🧘 I meditate using Headspace for 10 minutes a day.
📚 I try to read for at least 10 minutes every day.
